Aly Lyons is currently serving as a Member Service Practicum Manager and Member and Provider Service Training Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Aly has received recognition for their outstanding customer service skills and is actively involved in training new hires. Prior to their current role, Aly worked as a Member Services Associate, where Aly assisted in resolving member inquiries and escalated issues. Outside of the corporate world, Aly has been involved in various organizations such as Special Olympics Massachusetts, Dartmouth Public Schools, and AmeriCorps NCCC, where Aly has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to community service. Aly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State University.
