Harry Mong III has a work experience that spans over a decade. Harry started their career as a Volunteer Coordinator at United Support Group in 2007, where they provided assistance to adults with disabilities and maintained good relationships with the community. In 2009, they joined Special Olympics Nevada as a Regional Sports Director, overseeing 12 local area programs and coordinating free sports training and competitions. Since 2017, Harry has been working as the Senior Director of Nevada Programs and Partnerships at Special Olympics Northern California & Nevada. In this role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of the Special Olympics Nevada General Sports Program, supervising staff, maintaining strategic community partnerships, and assisting with development events.
Harry Mong III received an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Harry then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Education at Temple University from 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Harry earned a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.
