Britt Carlson Oase is the Chief Executive Officer of Special Olympics Oregon, where substantial organizational turnaround was achieved by eliminating $2.5 million in debt and generating $4 million in funds by the end of 2022. Oase oversaw the provision of inclusive programs for thousands of athletes and volunteers statewide, while ensuring a sustainable fundraising model. Prior to this role, Oase served as Senior Director of Partnerships for the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee, successfully raising $53.3 million in corporate partnerships and contributing to a $400 million economic impact from Super Bowl Live. Oase also held key positions with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Vikings, focusing on hospitality and revenue generation. Educational background includes a BBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Special Olympics Oregon serves the largest disability population in the state and this year they will celebrate their 40th Anniversary. Special Olympics Oregon provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
