Chrissy Aulicino has extensive experience in program management, particularly within sports and educational initiatives. Since February 2015, Chrissy has held various roles at Special Olympics Southern California, progressing from Program Coordinator to Sr. Manager of the Schools Program. Additionally, Chrissy has been serving as a Manager at GuacAmigos since December 2022. Prior to these roles, Chrissy worked at Joe's Crab Shack as a Supervisor and at Islands Restaurants as a Server. Chrissy's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Master's Degree in Sport Management from California State University, Long Beach, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills.

Founded in 1969 by Olympic decathlon gold medalist Rafer Johnson, Special Olympics Southern California is part of the world’s largest sports organization. Children and adults with intellectual disabilities who participate in Special Olympics develop improved physical fitness and motor skills, and greater self-confidence. Special Olympics has become the world’s largest movement dedicated to promoting respect, acceptance, inclusion, and human dignity for people with intellectual disabilities through sports. Special Olympics programs are offered at no cost to the athletes and their families.
