Chad has experience working with various organizations such as Special Olympics South Dakota, Children's Home Society of South Dakota, and Ultimate Hoops, Inc. Chad has also worked with the United States Olympic Committee in venue operations. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management, Business, and Psychology from Augustana University.
