David O'Neal

David O'Neal serves as the Clinical Director for Strong Minds at Special Olympics Washington since July 2018, contributing to one of the key Health Matters disciplines. David has extensive experience in the mental health field, holding the position of Director of IDD Services at Sound Mental Health since July 1993 and acting as a Project Instructor/Manager at the Center for START Services since 2012. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Washington University (1991-1993) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington (1986-1991).
