Ray Manahan, MHA, PMP is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in healthcare administration and project management. Currently serving as a Coach at Special Olympics Washington and an Equity Board Member at the City of Issaquah, Ray has held various leadership roles at organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, Cerner Corporation, MultiCare Health System, and Providence. With a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University, Ray's expertise lies in areas such as EMR strategy, health plan strategy, population health informatics, and government programs.

Special Olympics Washington (SOWA) provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
