Special Olympics Wisconsin
Kayla Kleinsteiber is an experienced professional currently serving as the Inclusive Health Coordinator for Special Olympics Wisconsin since October 2023. With a diverse background, Kayla has owned Willow Photography LLC since June 2014 and previously worked as a Youth Program and Outreach Coordinator for WRTP | BIG STEP, where responsibilities included community outreach and data collection initiatives. Kayla also held roles such as Marketing Specialist at Steeping Wellness and Development Coordinator at the American Heart Association, focusing on event coordination and financial management. Earlier experience includes managing operations at the YMCA of Dane County and the Dodge County Human Services and Health Department, along with various positions in education and retail. Kayla is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, building on a Bachelor's degree in School Health Education from the same institution.

With training and competitions in 18 Olympic-style sports our athletes push hard and play harder. They strive to beat their personal bests, defying the odds again and again. From swimming to snowboarding, from the local ball fields to the shining stage of the World Games, our athletes showcase the talents and triumphs of people with intellectual disabilities.
