Emma Shriver

Emma Shriver is a current member of the Special Olympics International Founders Council, where responsibilities include volunteering, advocacy, event planning, and community outreach to strengthen the Special Olympics movement. Previously, Emma worked as a lifeguard at The West Beach Club, ensuring the safety and security of beach patrons. An internship experience with Congressman Steny Hoyer involved answering constituent calls, conducting research, and supporting legislative staff. Emma also served as a counselor at a beach camp for three consecutive summers, creating engaging activities for children. Additional experience includes interning on Joe Kennedy's campaign for Massachusetts Senate, focusing on voter outreach. Emma is pursuing education at Boston College, with prior studies at the Connelly School of the Holy Child.
