Kate Dart

Kate Dart serves as the Chief of Staff for Special Olympics since May 2022, previously holding the position of Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Communications and Development and Senior Communications and Development Manager at the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health from June 2018 to May 2022. Kate's career also encompasses serving as a Marketing and Development Associate at The Milken Institute School of Public Health, an Executive Assistant at The George Washington University, and a Manager in the Business Department at Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School. Earlier in the career, Kate worked as an English Teacher at Jilin Medical College. Kate holds a Master's Degree in International Security with a Regional Focus on Asia from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in English and East Asian Studies from John Carroll University.
