Heath Lowe is the founder and Executive Design Director of Special, a global independent creative network established in New Zealand in 2007, with multiple offices worldwide. With a background as a founder and creative director at Buchanan Lowe and MARKT/Vintage Modern European Design, Heath previously served as Design Director at Johnson & Wolverton from 1995 to 2002. Currently, they are a partner at Special Group in both Australia and the U.S. and continue to lead initiatives that foster ambitious brands. Heath holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
