Yann Guilbert

Yann Guilbert is an accomplished software development professional with a strong background in R&D and engineering. Currently serving as Lead Developer at SPL since August 2025, Yann previously held the position of Lead R&D Architect at Efficy from October 2014 to August 2025, where contributions were made to innovative projects and leadership was provided for a team developing a disruptive CRM framework using Kotlin and GraalVM. Yann's experience includes roles as R&D Senior Software Engineer at CESSoC and IT Manager and developer in freelance projects, along with previous software development positions at Zone Impact and MICROMEGA Pesage. An engineer in Electronics and Computing Engineering, Yann graduated from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne in 2007.
