Andrew Scaife

Andrew Scaife is an experienced UK & EASA Part 66 B2 & C Licensed Engineer currently employed at Gama Aviation since December 2013, where responsibilities include avionic SMI and defect rectification, as well as supervision, inspection, and commissioning of project work within the Part-21G department. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Part 66 B2 Licensed Engineer at Flybe from May 2004 to November 2013, focusing on avionic SMI and defect rectification in both line and hangar environments during 'a' and 'c' checks. Andrew’s career began at Maersk Air UK Ltd., where as a BCAR Section L Licensed Aircraft Engineer, responsibilities included SMI and defect rectification. Andrew holds an HND and CAA LWTR in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the University of the West of England, as well as an HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Cheltenham & Gloucester College, and a BTEC OND in Computer Science from Evesham College.
