Gary Beeston is the Managing Director of ISS Labour at Specialist People Services. Gary has over fifteen years of experience in the water and rail industries, having worked for Anglian Water Group Rail from January 1987 to January 2002. During their time with the company, Gary served as the Resources Director, overseeing the business strategy, development, implementation, and financial management of the rail resources business.
Under Gary's direction, a central blue collar resource business was created in Derby to supply staff to internal projects business and external clients. Gary also successfully delivered a business plan to budget and led a sales and marketing team to develop new and existing business. Additionally, Gary developed a management team to control a temporary workforce of up to 300 workers, negotiated customer framework contracts, and achieved preferred supplier status with key clients.
In order to meet the operating and budgetary requirements of Anglian Water Group, Gary restructured the business and gained approval of a Network Rail Safety Case to facilitate main contractor status. These accomplishments have solidified Gary as an expert in the water and rail industries, and they continue to use their knowledge and experience to benefit Specialist People Services.
Gary Beeston attended the Ian Ramsey Church of England School.
They are on a team with John Keelan-edwards - Driver Risk Management & Group Technology Services Director, Jeremy Neale - Managing Director, Driver Hire UK, and Richard Owen-hughes - Group Marketing Director. Gary Beeston reports to Chris Chidley, Chief Executive Officer.
