Kit Rolland has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently working as a Compliance Business Partner at Specialist Risk Group. Prior to this, Kit held the position of Compliance Officer at Hastings Direct. With a background in various roles within the insurance sector, including Underwriting Assistant and Contact Centre Agent, Kit has a strong foundation in compliance, risk assessment, customer service, and sales. Kit has also pursued further education by obtaining degrees in insurance and compliance from Chartered Insurance Institute and ICA.
