With extensive experience in various IT leadership roles, including as a CIO/IT Director at AXA Insurance UK plc and Programme & IT Director at Paymentshield, Ross has a proven track record of driving operational and financial efficiency through major global transformation programmes. Ross holds a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and has completed an Executive Leadership Programme at Ashridge Business School.
