Aleks Tosovic has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Beginning in 2012 at Avon, they held positions such as Lead in Training & Learning Products, Strategic Program & Launch Manager - Learning, and Associate Head of Training. Aleks was responsible for crafting and delivering training programs, managing cross-cultural teams, and implementing digitalization strategies. In 2018, they worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as a Program Manager in Organization and Talent Development. Aleks'sresponsibilities included managing rebranding and program reorganization projects. Aleks then joined FRISS in 2019 as a Program Manager, where they facilitated leadership strategy and implemented OKR systems. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, first as a Lead in Product Organization & Strategy and later as the Head of Product & Thought Leader for Learning. In these roles, they focused on product evolution, market research, and team management. Currently, they are Head of Learning, Organizational Development & PMO at SThree, overseeing talent management, culture, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
Aleks Tosovic obtained a Bachelor of Arts, BA (Hons) degree in English Language, Teaching, and Literature from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Aleks also pursued studies in Politics, History, and Communications at the Department for Advanced Undergraduate Studies from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Aleks attended IX Beogradska gimnazija from 2004 to 2008, focusing on Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Digital Product Management & Strategy from Growth Tribe, Member 2021 from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute), Organizational Culture, Organizational Learning and Development, and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn.
