Carolin Müller-Wolz

Carolin Maier is the CEO and Co-Founder of MAIA, a technology company based in Leipzig that specializes in intelligent software solutions for the SME sector in the DACH region, focusing on data analysis and knowledge management through AI. Prior to this role, Carolin served as a Design Thinking Consultant and Coach at Gemeinde Wittenbach, working on social projects for elderly independence, and held various positions including a Working Student at a Swiss Family Office supporting portfolio management, a Design Thinking Student Consultant at SUGAR Network for Design Innovation, and a Private-Equity Trainee at Omnes. Carolin Maier holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, along with a Matura from Stiftsschule Einsiedeln.
