Koen van Dijk

Koen van Dijk is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in corporate recruitment and talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Recruitment at SThree since January 2022, Koen focuses on sourcing top talent to meet ambitious growth objectives within a global organization. Previously, at FrieslandCampina from July 2018 to January 2022, Koen was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for R&D, targeting Bachelor, Master, and PhD candidates. Earlier roles include managing the Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering divisions at Huxley, where Koen worked as both a manager and a senior recruitment consultant from November 2011 to June 2018, specializing in executive search and staffing in the Food/FMCG sector. Koen began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at JP Gray in 2011. Koen holds a Master’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen and has educational qualifications from KLM luchtvaarschool and Theresia Lyceum.
