Margot van Soest

Margot van Soest serves as the Managing Director for the Netherlands and Spain at SThree since February 2020, following roles as Regional People Director and Regional Director of Development & Engagement. Prior experience at Huxley included serving as Client Director for Benelux, France, and Spain, as well as Regional Head of Client Development for those areas. Earlier career stages involved positions such as Regional Business Development Manager at SThree Benelux and various roles within Huxley Associates, including Manager of the European Business Development Team. Margot began professional expertise as a Junior Management Consultant at IMPAC® Integrated Control Systems. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
