Stefan Hirniak

Stefan Hirniak is a seasoned professional in sales and recruitment within the power generation and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales at Specialist Staffing Group since December 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Progressive, where Stefan held several leadership positions including Vice President of Power Utilities & Renewables and Senior Director of Renewable Energy, focusing on team management and strategic development for the PRGE Power USA mission. Stefan also has a background as a Professional Athlete, representing Canada in swimming from 2006 to 2012, and holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology from the University of Virginia.
