With extensive leadership experience, Michelle has held various prominent roles, including Chief Executive Officer of the Children's Cancer Foundation and Concern Australia, where revenue growth was achieved during tenure. Michelle is a member of the Board of Directors for both Specialisterne and the First Nations Foundation, contributing to economic freedom for Indigenous Australians. As the founder of Trusted Partners, Michelle provides strategic input and mentorship in community engagement and partnerships. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Social Science from RMIT University and multiple leadership and governance programs from prestigious institutions.
