Vicky Little is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employment services, particularly for individuals on the autism spectrum. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Specialisterne Australia since October 2017, Vicky has also held roles such as National Manager for Quality and Practice and Employment Services Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) where Vicky coordinated employment services aimed at supporting jobseekers and employers. Vicky founded AS Capable, a specialist service for adults with Asperger Syndrome, and has worked as a Disability Services Officer at the University of Sydney and in various supportive roles at the National Autistic Society and the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. Vicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and has participated in a study abroad program at Utrecht University.
