Mubarak W. Alwoqayan began their work experience in 2000 as a Project Manager at Specialities Group Holding Company. Mubarak then served as Assistant General Manager from 2003 to 2011, before being promoted to General Manager for a year. In 2012, they held the position of COO for a few months before becoming the CEO of the company. In the same year, they also became a Member of the Board at Kuwait International Advanced Industries Company KSC. In 2015, they joined Equipment Holding as a Member of the Board, and they remained in this role until 2017.
Mubarak W. Alwoqayan completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering - Construction Management from the College of Engineering & Petroleum at Kuwait University between 1995 and 2000. Mubarak also obtained a separate Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.C.E) degree in Civil Engineering during the same period.
