Specialized Career Guidance is a workforce development company with expertise building pipelines between employers seeking to recruit a motivated, diverse, and inclusive workforce, and non-college-bound high school students seeking pathways to successful careers. We are a mission-driven company, seeking to expand economic opportunities for young people, strengthen our workforce, and foster generational prosperity in our communities. At Specialized Career Guidance (SCG), we train high schools on how to leverage their local employer partners to create workforce pipeline for existing students who will be going directly to the workforce. Our goal is to provide professional development for school leaders and educators on how to work collaboratively in their communities to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce pipeline that is a win-win for employer partners, schools, and graduating students. The SCG Accelerator System™ is a comprehensive suite of solutions and consultation packages needed to establish, implement, and grow workforce development pipelines that enable students to have successful career opportunities BEFORE they graduate from high school, and for companies and communities to thrive and prosper.
