Roger Adams

Roger Adams has worked in sales and marketing roles for various companies since 1982. Roger started their career at Hadco Corporation as a Sales Manager, where they helped increase territory sales from $10M to $400M, and developed five major accounts with annual revenues in excess of ten million dollars. Roger then moved to Northrop Grumman - (Litton Interconnect Technologies) as the West Coast Sales Manager, where they increased territory sales from $7M to $30M, and developed three major accounts with annual revenues in excess of ten million dollars. In 2000, they became the Regional Sales Manager at Trend Technologies, LLC, where they were responsible for building a $60M sales territory and managed the top four corporate accounts. In 2004, they moved to Enclosures Engineering Inc. as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they were responsible for doubling the company’s annual sales in the first year. Roger then moved to Infiniti Solutions as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they were responsible for managing a $50M sales territory and directly managed the top five corporate accounts. In 2008, they joined PalPilot International Corp as the Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for selling their complete offering. In 2010, they moved to Simclar as the Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for supporting and selling Simclar’s complete offering. In 2012, they became the Backplane Business Development Manager for Sanmina, where they were responsible for supporting Sanmina Backplane/Cable/Integration Operations. Roger currently works as the Director of Sales for Specialized Coating Services, an ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D-2016 and NADCAP certified contract applicator.
