Dhruv Sikka

Dhruv Sikka has a strong background in revenue cycle management, holding leadership positions in various healthcare organizations. Dhruv most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Specialized Dental Partners. Prior to that, they held roles such as Sr. Vice President at Women's Care and Director at Aspen Dental and WellNow Urgent Care. Additionally, Dhruv has been involved in nonprofit and industry organizations, serving on the board of directors at Pocono Family YMCA and being a board member of the Eastern PA Health Executive Network. Dhruv also founded their own company, Knowtifi, and has experience in business process improvement and finance at DNA Healthcare and Columbia University Medical Center, respectively.

Dhruv Sikka's education history includes an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained from 2002 to 2004. Dhruv also holds a Certificate in Advanced Accounting from the same university, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Dhruv earned a PGD in International Business from Amity University, attended from 2001 to 2002. Dhruv obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, attended from 1996 to 2001. Dhruv'shigh school education was completed at New Era Public School, earning a diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science in 1996. Additionally, Dhruv Sikka obtained a private pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in the year 2021.
