Celeste Chatman serves as vice president, diversity, equity, inclusion & talent management where she leads the implementation and evolution of the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) plan. She most recently served as director of diversity, equity & inclusion for Stride, Inc., an e-learning solutions company, and previously held talent acquisition and diversity roles for both for-profit and non-profit organizations including the Urban Institute, Tyco, Allergan, Covance, and Prudential Financial. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Upsala College and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Counseling from Kean University and Strategic Diversity Professional certification from Cornell University.
