Jessee Scarborough

Jessee Scarborough is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in various geotechnical projects. Currently employed at Specialized Engineering since February 2017, Jessee has worked on diverse tasks, including underpinning historic structures and foundation recommendations for significant buildings, such as a 15-story tower. Previously held senior positions at NGE, BHATE Geosciences Corporation, Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, S&ME, and Ogden Environmental & Energy Services, focusing on foundation design and geotechnical analysis for projects ranging from casinos to large commercial developments. Jessee holds a Master of Engineering and a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and the University of Tennessee, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
