Kaitlin Jorge

Kaitlin Jorge is a skilled Physical Therapist currently providing services at Specialized Home Care in Independence, MO, since June 2021, where comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS assessments, are conducted. Previous experience includes a Physical Therapy Intern position at Saint Luke's Hospitals, focusing on acute care for patients with orthopedic and neurological issues, as well as internships at ARC Physical Therapy+ and Kansas City Public Schools, where individualized care plans were developed for outpatient and pediatric populations, respectively.
