In 2015, Patty became the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Sacred Heart Home Healthcare, Inc., a position they held until 2018. Patty then transitioned to Specialized Home Care and Hospice, where they served as Director of Nursing in 2018 and eventually became the Director of Clinical Operations. In 2022, Patty joined Nurses & Company Home Health & Private Services as the Vice President of Clinical Success.
