James Anaya has extensive experience in call center management, with a strong focus on collections. Since 2004, James has held the position of Manager at the Collections Call Center at SLS, demonstrating a long-term commitment to excellence in this field. In 2015, James briefly served as Call Center Manager at Lenderlive, further expanding expertise in call center operations. Prior to that role, James was a Manager at Specialized Loan Servicing from 2004 to 2011. Educationally, James completed studies at North High School in Denver, Colorado.
