Nathan Jackson

Nathan Jackson is the Vice President of Technology at Specialized Property Management. He is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the SPM’s industry leading Business Intelligence platform, Rental IQ. In addition to Rental IQ, Mr. Jackson also manages the design and development of business automation software to streamline SPM’s operations. He is great at taking large datasets and turning them into actionable insights, and is always looking for new ways to streamline the business and implement effective technology.

Prior to joining Specialized Property Management, Mr. Jackson was a part of OneProp, who were acquired by Property Frameworks. During the acquisition process, he worked to implement a companywide reporting suite, and built automated tools to streamline monthly reporting. Mr. Jackson worked to analyze financial and operational data through new software implementation as well as process improvement.

He received his degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Arkansas. In his spare time, Mr. Jackson loves to spend time with his wife, Janelle. He also loves watching Razorback football and Formula 1 racing. In his free time, Mr. Jackson enjoys working with technology, and manages multiple servers at home.
