Previously, Ms. Smith worked as a technical support professional for a web hosting company, and as a senior technical support engineer in the banking industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development.

Ms. Smith enjoys road trips with her husband and exploring different cuisines. She is also an avid dog lover.
