Rebecca Burkes

Rebecca leads the operations and legal aspects of their business. She has more than 25 years of experience in law, operations, and real estate development. She started her career on the Walmart legal team and owned and managed a real estate development and investment company in NWA. Rebecca also served as faculty at the University of Wisconsin Law School and at Luther College. Prior to joining SREG, Rebecca was Deputy Director and General Counsel at the Department of Arkansas Heritage. She holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MSOM from the University of Arkansas, and a JD from Baylor University.
