Rasha Atallah - Sphr

Rasha Atallah has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rasha started their career at Dorsch Consult as an MIS Consultant from 2000 to 2002. Rasha then joined STS - Specialized Technical Services as an HR Manager from 2002 to 2007. During their time at STS, they also served as a Member of the HR Committee for Int@j from 2004 to 2007. Rasha then worked at MenaScope Consulting as a Recruitment and Consulting Services Manager from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they founded Shareek HR and served as the Managing Director from 2010 to 2017. Rasha returned to STS as an HR Director and Executive Director of HR from 2012 to 2021, where they played a crucial role in shaping the company's HR strategy and implementing various initiatives such as HR digitalization, culture transformation, and employee retention plans. In 2021, Rasha was promoted to CHRO, becoming a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and leading HR due diligence activities, competency framework implementation, career pathing program pilot, hybrid work policies, and leadership development programs.

Rasha Atallah - SPHR, CHRL completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on MIS and HR at McGill University from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended New English School from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained 'A' Levels and IGCSEs. Rasha has also obtained several additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2006, and the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2018. Rasha has recently completed the Digital HR Certificate Program and is currently pursuing the Certified HR Reporting Specialist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
