Alex Edwards has a diverse professional background in customer experience management and photography. Currently serving as Owned Retail Customer Experience Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components since May 2019, Alex developed and launched the Warranty and Customer Experience process for the company's U.S. stores, contributing to the expansion from 4 to 85 locations.
