Currently serving as a Global Rider Care Change Specialist at Specialized Bicycle Components since January 2021, Andrew previously held multiple positions at Apple from June 2010 to January 2021, including Genius Bar Leader and various technician roles specializing in Mac and iOS devices. With a strong background in technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Andrew is adept at translating complex technical concepts into accessible information for users. Andrew holds a Fine Art degree in Photography from Kingston University and completed a Fine Art Foundation in Photography at the University of the Arts London.
