Daniel Schimke has extensive experience in the machining and manufacturing industry, having held various positions since 2010. Currently serving as the R&D Machine Shop Manager and Machinist/Fabricator at Specialized Bicycle Components since June 2021, Daniel focuses on research and development prototype machining. Previous roles include 5 Axis CNC Programmer at Gemini Manufacturing Company, Machinist at Google, and CNC Programmer at South Bay Solutions, Inc., ILM Tool Incorporated, and True-Tech Corporation. Daniel also contributed to operational efficiency and training in advanced manufacturing techniques at Therm-x and began a career at BHJ Products Inc. as an operator. Educational background includes studies at Chabot College from 2010 to 2013.
