Frank Morelli

Frank Morelli serves as the Director of Retail Education at Specialized Bicycle Components since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading and implementing educational initiatives to enhance the knowledge and performance of retail employees. Prior to this role, Frank was the Head of Stores for the company-owned retail division in the USA, overseeing management aspects, culture, and brand strategy while handling the national P&L. Frank's experience in retail also includes roles at Cycle Sport Concepts Tampa, where a focus on leadership and team success led to the establishment of the store as a destination for high-end cycling enthusiasts. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature from the University of South Florida College of Education.
