Michael Forte

Michael Forte is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the bicycle industry. Currently serving as the USA Finance & Operations Leader and Strategic Initiatives Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components since August 2019, Forte has previously held key positions such as VP Global Operations Bike Division at Rossignol Group, where significant operational integrations led to a 28% reduction in SG&A. With a decade-long tenure at Felt Bicycles, Forte oversaw the sale to Rossignol and managed multiple departments. Earlier roles include project management for Microsoft Dynamics at Advanced Systems Integration and director-level positions at Giant Bicycle and Garden State Bicycle, where Forte achieved remarkable growth and operational efficiencies. Forte holds a BS in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
