Michael Richter

Michael Richter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the cycling and fitness industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Leader of the Central Cluster at Specialized Bicycle Components, Michael has held multiple senior roles since April 2014, including General Manager and Market Leader for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Previously, Michael founded and owned Impulse Custom Fitness from February 2012 to March 2014. Before this entrepreneurial venture, Michael spent over a decade at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where roles included Director of Development & Planning, Director of Customer Management, Manager of Trade Marketing & Global Key Account Management, and National Key Account Manager, while also being a member of the JTI Taiwan Executive Committee. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
