Philipp Yoldasis

Philipp Yoldasis currently serves as the Global Head of Strategy and Transformation at Specialized Bicycle Components since July 2025. Prior to this role, Philipp held the position of Principal at Kearney, where responsibilities included strategic operations and performance transformations from March 2019 to July 2025. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at ROI Management Consulting AG, focusing on strategy and operations consulting in the manufacturing and supply chain sector. Philipp has also contributed to the medical technology field, notably at Stryker, and pursued research and development at OT Medizintechnik GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and Engineering, both from the Technical University of Munich.
