Rob Wesson

Rob Wesson is an experienced executive in the sports and outdoor industries, currently serving as the Category Leader for Helmets at Specialized Bicycle Components and as Principal at Mountain Executive Partners, both since late 2023. Previously, Rob held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Revved Industries from July 2022 to November 2023, where responsibility included full P&L management of a thermoplastic carbon fiber manufacturing startup and a mountain bike brand. Rob's notable achievements at Vista Outdoor Inc. included reversing revenue declines and achieving significant EBIT improvements as Vice President for both GIRO SPORT DESIGN and Blackburn. Earlier career roles included Director of Research Development at BRG Sports and Senior Design Engineer positions at Quality Bicycle Products and Toyota North America. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Springfield College.
