Ryan Dulude, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Footwear Technical Developer at Specialized Bicycle Components, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience in product development and engineering, including a long tenure at Timberland PRO where Ryan advanced from Associate Product Engineer to Senior Product Research Engineer, focusing on safety footwear innovation and commercialization. Additionally, Ryan contributed to pediatric oncology as a Camp Counselor at CAMP TA-KUM-TA for over a decade. Ryan also held engineering positions at Superior Technical Ceramics and Burton Snowboards, where responsibilities included research and development as well as test engineering. Ryan earned an MBA in Growth and Innovation from UNH Peter T. Paul College and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
