Stu Read has extensive experience in the bicycle retail industry, currently serving as Equipment Category Lead at Specialized Bicycle Components since April 2022. Prior roles include Head of Commercial at Tredz Bikes and a lengthy tenure at Evans Cycles, where Stu progressed from Assistant Buyer to Buying Manager for bikes, overseeing the category's growth and building successful teams across various bike brands and disciplines. Stu's foundation in the industry began as a Climbing Instructor at High Sports Climbing Centre, complemented by education at Oakwood School Horley and Reigate College.
