Vaughn McDaniel III

Vaughn McDaniel III is a seasoned professional in engineering and technical leadership with extensive experience in CAD and PLM systems. Serving as the Sr CAD Admin at Specialized Bicycle Components since March 2021, Vaughn previously held key positions, including Principal Programmer Analyst and Senior Programmer Analyst at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, where responsibilities included providing technical leadership and implementing Windchill solutions. At Kärcher North America Inc., Vaughn excelled as Director of Engineering Services, managing multiple engineering teams and overseeing the implementation of enterprise PLM systems. With a solid background in mechanical engineering, including significant experience with Creo Parametric and Pro/Engineer, Vaughn has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and design automation across various roles. Vaughn earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
