Vinod Kale is a seasoned Workday manager and subject matter expert with extensive experience in HR technology implementation and support. Currently serving as a Workday Manager/SME at Specialized Bicycle Components since September 2022, Vinod previously held the position of Workday SME at Nexperia from May 2017 to August 2022. Prior to that role, Vinod contributed as a Workday Senior Analyst for ING during a critical global HR transformation project in 2016. Vinod’s earlier experience includes more than five years as a Workday Analyst with Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities encompassed requirement gathering, system configuration, user training, and extensive testing. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
