Shawn Baldwin

Shawn Baldwin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel at Specialty Building Products since January 2022, Baldwin previously held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Select Interior Concepts from October 2018 to October 2021, where management of all legal affairs was a primary responsibility. Prior to that, Baldwin was Senior Vice President and Division General Counsel - International at Equifax, overseeing legal functions for the International business unit, which generated approximately $1 billion in revenue across more than 20 countries. Baldwin's prior roles also include partnership at both Seyfarth Shaw, leading the Corporate Practice in Atlanta, and Alston & Bird LLP, where involvement in domestic and international transactions was a focus. Baldwin earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 1996.
