Lucas Rickerson

Lucas Rickerson has a diverse work experience in the coffee industry. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Shift Lead at Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea. Lucas then became the Head Barista at Soho House & Co from 2014 to 2015. Lucas worked at Bellflower Chocolate Co. as an Assistant Chocolate Maker, where they gained experience in chocolate production and customer engagement from 2017 to 2018. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at La Marzocco as an Experience Coordinator, where they managed events and implemented sensory training courses. Lucas also worked at SUCAFINA as a Quality Assistant from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they joined Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co. as the Head of Retail Training from 2021 to 2023. Lucas will then move on to work as a Sales Coordinator at the Specialty Coffee Association starting from 2023.

Lucas Rickerson attended Kendall College from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Restaurant/Food Services Management. However, no degree was obtained during this time.
